Job Role of Finance Director – Razorfish VivaKi Key Finance and commercial person, uncomprising integrity and ethical standards by embracing Janue (PCPs) in terms of standards of conduct, and behavior, commitments and responsibilities to all stakeholders, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure business plans are delivered and financial targets are met. Also responsible for ensuring that systems and controls are in place and there is a high degree of compliance, internal and external. Need to manage stakeholders both within and outside the organization. Specifically, in a media agency, the role of the director covers 3 broad areas viz; Commercial, Finance ; Accounts and Business Support. COMMERCIAL Supervision of Billing and Payment Understand the process agreed with the clients Control and monitor billing (timely and accuracy) Vendor reconciliation and confirmation Freeze the data for month on spends and liability reporting System compliance and process adherence Ensure systems are being followed and no exceptions made Clients agreements, approval process within the organization , clients end and vendo …… |
