As part of strategic growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Team Leader in Business Performance and Analysis, based in Hong Kong covering the Asia region. Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will manage the regional Business Performance and Analysis team responsible for strategic planning, budgeting / forecasting, MI / dashboard and capital management. You will manage the performance reporting processes, dashboard, management reporting, results analysis and commentaries and develop KPIs. Working closely with the management team, you will drive the strategic planning and forecasting process, understanding the requirements and instructions from group and regional offices and communicating these effectively to the local offices to ensure timely, consistency and quality of production. With regional responsibilities, you will provide training to country finance teams to improve local capabilities on reporting and analysis, strategic planning and forecasting as well as regional financial information packs. Being the team leader, you will be actively involved in group and business presentations preparation and delivery, participate or lead results and financial information discussions with business stakeholders and senior management team. To qualify, individuals must possess: A university degree and a professional accounting or actuarial qualification Minimum 10 years relevant experience in business planning and analysis and / or management reporting gained from the Financial Services sector Experience in Life or General Insurance would be advantageous Excellent analytical and presentation skills Working experience in Asia would be beneficial Excellent communication skills with fluency in English 来源于：ACCA |
