成本会计职业规划

在一家商贸型的企业（核算较简单），做了2年的总账会计。
后在一家大型制造企业做了1年成本会计（包含成本核算，成本管理，和分析），已上手。
 
现因为个人要结婚要换城市，重新审视一下自己的职业规划。
新工作是要继续做成本会计，往管理方向发展。（诉求是可以在管理上可以得到提升）。还是找一家大型一点的企业做总账会计（诉求是在分析和预算等方面得到提升）？
 
我的职业规划目前是从会计核算---〉会计管理发展。
 
请有经验的大家帮忙分析一下，感谢。
